Sheet steel fabrication powder coated RAL7035 structured finish, Robust frame allowing flexibility to mount any accessory in any position, IP10 rated for indoor applications, Open frame design allowing ease of access, Bayed options allowing ease of expansion
Standard Features

All enclosures fitted as standard with handles, hinges, door stay, drain breather, A4 drawing pocket, internal light, and door switch bracket.
Material

Frame: T-slot aluminum profile.
Door: 2 mm painted steel. Rear, roof, and side panels: 1.5 mm painted steel.
Mounting plate: 3 mm galvanized steel. Bottom plates: 1.5 mm galvanized steel.
Frame

Open frame design allowing ease of access. Anodized aluminum T-slot profile providing multiple and flexible fixing points for any combination of accessories.
Door

Mounted with four hinges allowing left or right-hand opening.
Lock

Espagnolette 3-point locking system. Standard inserts, cylinders, lift handles, and T-handles are available as accessories
Lifting Eyes

The load capacity of 200kg’s each. Bolted into an M12 weld in blind socket ensuring Ingress Protection is maintained once removed. Single bay enclosures fitted with 4 lifting eyes.
Mounting Plates

Double folded and slides into position. Adjustable in depth across the complete depth of the enclosure. Supplied fitted upon delivery. Enclosures with rear door include two mounting plates assembled back to back and four bottom plates.
Plinth

Available in 100mm, 200mm and 300mm height. 200 and 300mm plinths are one piece welded structures with front and rear access for cable/conduit installation.
Earthing

All panels are earthed through their fittings and are equipped with a separate earthing stud.
Delivery

Frame with fitted door, rear panel or rear door, roof panel, bottom plates, mounting plate and door frame. Delivery also includes earthing bolts. Delivered on a pallet which is identical to the width of the enclosure to allow suiting without removal. All packing material is recyclable.
