Stainless Steel 316L Fully Welded 4-BAY, Single or Double Door Enclosure

The stainless steel single or double door fully welded floor standing enclosure range, ALSS, with NEMA4X protection, is available off the shelf in many different sizes. This enclosure range is well suited for many different applications. The risk for component failure, and with that unnecessary downtime, is eliminated as water and dust are prevented from entering the enclosure.

Design Basis

Fully welded side panels, rear panel, roof and bottom to provide an integral unit ensuring Ingress Protection is maintained.
Standard Features

All enclosures fitted as standard with 316L handles, hinges, door stay, drain breather, A4 drawing pocket, internal light and door switch bracket.
Material

Enclosure Doors and Body: 2mm or 2.5mm 316L hairline finish
Frame

Anodized aluminium T-slot frame secured with specialised bolts to provide a rigid and robust frame.
Door

Mounted with four hinges allowing left or right hand opening. Including door frame with 25 mm hole pattern.
Lock

Available in options of:
• 3 point latching swinghandle with integral keyed lock
• 3 point latching swinghandle with integral keyed lock and two additional quarter turn compression locks located top and bottom
• L handle with padlock facility and additional six compression latches.
Gland Plates

Removable from inside the enclosure and available in 3-6mm 316L material.
Lifting Eyes

316 stainless steel with a load capacity of 200kg’s each. Bolted into an M12 weld in blind socket ensuring Ingress Protection is maintained once removed. Single bay enclosures fitted with 4 lifting eyes.
Mounting Plates

Double folded 3mm galvanised steel which locks into position. Adjustable in position to any point over the full depth of the enclosure.
Plinth

Available in 100mm, 200mm and 300mm height. 200 and 300mm plinths are one piece welded structures with front and rear access for cable/conduit installation.
Earthing

All panels are earthed through their fittings and are equipped with a separate earthing stud.
Delivery

Supplied bolted to an Aramco specified pallet to allow further crating.
